Fish were caught on rubber baits deep weed edges and some can be seen in the background of the pictures.

I have no clue where the bait went Todd caught his fish on? :) it is Todd's tackle box now I imagine.

I lost another fish Sunday morning had it on for two headshakes ... Then gone. Felt good but no way to tell if it was 40" or not.

Todd seen a good low 40" fish 15 minutes before Sunday end time at noon. We tried a couple tricks but couldn't get her to go.

What kind of fight does that fish put up? Looks to be a tough one to land.

They are quick intense fights that Peter out fast after 45 seconds to a minute. It's the hours between bites that make the adrenalin rush.

You have an open invitation any time in my boat. If you have time on your trip back from the venison tour you're more than welcome.

Here is a fish my son caught tonight. This one was on a sucker. One of the first successful sucker bites he set the hook by himself. I see a lot of grown men wuss out on sucker bites. Lil hodag made this one stick. I missed one 10 minutes later. Ha ha.
