Need soke healthier options for cooking catfish. Fried is good, but messy and my heart doesn't need the extra stress on it. Whats your favorite grill or oven recipes for catfish?

Re: Grilling or baking catfish
Baked with panko seasoned with old bay is one of my go tos when I'm limiting fried foods. Pairs wells with a double IPA.
Catfish tacos with cilantro cabbage, avacados, and pico de gallo is a close second. Usually with a Vienna style lager.
Now I'm hungry. Ugh.

Re: Grilling or baking catfish
I always fillet my catfish. You then have many options. I often put them in the George Foreman grill. Another thing to remember with bigger catfish don't under cook them. Cook them until you think they are done and then cook them some more. Nothing worse than mushy, turbid tasting fish.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Not catfish but I've done some cedar plank salmon on the grill before, turned out awesome. Little olive oil on the fish and whatever seasoning you want to add. Pan frying in olive oil is great too, same could be said for baking them. Wife bought some kind of stone pan for baking, not sure why but everything tastes better on that thing.

Never tried that. Any recipes or recommendations? I'm always looking to try something new.
