Video, of man releasing a wolf.

Unread postby dreaming bucks » Thu Dec 17, 2015 6:47 am

Ran across this today on facebook... I'm not so sure I would want to get that close to a wolf. The wolf seemed pretty calm considering the circumstances.... Wow! Reading some of the comments, it looks like this was up by Necedah, WI.....

Very cool. Not a trapper myself, but I have wondered how they released things that they didn't intend to catch.

Cool but pretty dangerous situation there. I was hoping they were going to use a sheet of plywood. Seen that before and seems to work well.

Pretty cool. I'm super cautious of teeth.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Wolves are really shy animals, so shy I never even saw a wolf . I wish I had some video of some fox I had trapped when I was a kid. Make that wolf look like a sissy. I saw a grey fox spin until it cut the toes off and it ran off so fast I couldn't believe it.

Wow.....that thing is crazy. I know coyotes and wolves wreak havoc on other game animals but since I started really chasing after yotes in my area and found out how hard they are to call in & kill, I've gained a new respect for them. I'm also amazed by just how good they are as a predator.
