Have to agree with you on that one Dan. Looks to be a city boy type, probably wouldn't know the difference between a coyote and a domestic dog. The bite marks don't look like coyote, call BS on this one.

Re: Man attacked by coyotes ???
This is what a canine bite looks like. That guy had mere scratches. This happened about 4 miles from where I live.
DEWITT — A Turner Electric Company employee was severely injured on the job recently by three dogs that chewed off chunks of his arm, his attorney said.
Patrick O’Brien, 63, of Clinton, returned to his truck to grab several screws to finish installing the front-panel of a dishwasher at 2478 250th Ave., DeWitt, when the dogs, who did not appear to be vicious up until that point, circled him and began to growl. The dogs forced him to the ground and proceeded to bite his arm, stomach, right shoulder and legs.
The dogs, which included an American Bulldog, Boxer and huskie, were quarantined on the resident’s farm after the attack, according to Michael Bush, O’Brien’s lawyer.
Troy Connor, 25, of Grand Mound, was cited by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office for owning a Boxer without up-to-date rabies shots but no other charges have been filed. The dogs had no prior history of being vicious. Connor is expected to appear at the Clinton County Courthouse on that charge today.
According to Bush, the dogs have different owners so there may be more than one person held responsible for the attack.
Bush said his client plans to file an insurance claim but will not know the amount until the permanent prognosis is determined, which could take one year. Bush said his client will not file a lawsuit against the dog owners at this time, but may after a long-term diagnosis of his injuries is completed.
“It's a very traumatic event but all and all he's doing OK,” Bush said. “He's kind of a resilient guy.”

Re: Man attacked by coyotes ???
Ha, okay number one, the bites on the city boy looks like a ferocious domestic cat, maybe a Siamese, could have been a band of angry Siamese cats. Two, he had a puggle, so that's why he got "attacked". Three, is he sure it wasn't that bush?
As for our guy that was really attacked by the dogs, man that sends chills down my spine. I hunt in some remote places and this is my fear. I would hate to encounter some dogs with rabies.

Re: Man attacked by coyotes ???
i take my dogs running after dark most nights and for a couple days there was a yote that would run out of the woods like it wanted to play with my dogs. i dont know if it was trying to get the dogs to chase it into the woods where the others waited or what. seemed weird that it would run to within 50 yards and then run back towards the woods like it wanted to be chased or play. never seen anything like it before. had a fox charge me in the middle of the day in the same area.
