Smoked this one at 100, just missed another at 225 on a dead run. Saw 5 in all. Kids told some good stories at school today.

I would have been expelled about 100 times over then! Heck I used to wear a bullet keychain on my jacket! It's getting to be a sad sad world when you get in trouble over a spent casing, it is merely a piece of brass.

Sadly true, we have a teacher in the Jefforson school district that will keep you after school for talking about hunting, but feels its ok to preach about why your a bad person if you eat meat.

Re: dead dog on the way to school
Stan,
I understand what you saying, but a kid could easily pick up a hammer in shop class and kill quite a few other kids before being stopped. Or a baseball bat from gym class... I think not allowing kids to talk about hunting, or showing off a spent shell that killed there trophy turkey, is not going to save anyones lives, or make anything safer. Thats like saying kids should not discuss baseball games cause a few kids killed people with baseball bats. If they want to make things safer, they can teach gun control in school, rather than filling our kids with anti-gun, and anti-hunting crap.
If someone, a kid, an adult, whoever, is bent on doing harm to other people. There is no rule about spent casings, or discussing a hunt over the weekend with a fellow classmate, thats going to either stop the person from killing others, or prevent him from thinking about it...
